Spa Etiquette

Spa Check-In

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to our appointment time. If you wish to arrive earlier, you may enjoy the Oasis area (at an additional fee). Treatment time will be reduced for late arrivals as respect towards our next spa guest. Full treatment price will be applied.

Spa Environment

We are an adult facility. Guests must be at least 16 years of age. Electronic devices are not permitted to protect your privacy. We provide a locker with robe and sandals for your comfort.

Reservations

Please call 905-358-4048 or email spa@niagarafallsmarriott.com or reserve online. Booking your reservation in advance is recommended.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to avoid the 100% cancellation fee. For groups of 6 or more, we require 72 hours’ notice. If you should need to cancel your appointment(s) please contact us via email or you can call toll free at 1-888-209-1001.

Gratuities

Gratuities are left to your discretion. If you wish to leave a gratuity the spa reception can assist you at the time of payment.
